ANOTHER PROTEST FOR PORTS. TECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT AWARD

A second protest has been filed with the Government Accountability Office over the Department of Energy’s recent award of the new Portsmouth environmental technical services contract to Restoration Services Inc. Shawnee Environmental Technical Services Alliance, LLC, filed the protest July 29, and the GAO currently has until Nov. 6 to make a decision. Portage is also protesting the award to the GAO. The new contract is set to run for up to five years and is worth approximately $43 million.
